Senior Product Manager 🇩🇪

Full fluency in German. Strong user research skills and Product sense. Strong and structured communication skills. Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems. Hands-on and not afraid to step out of the traditional product role. Past experience in Product management at a scale up or large tech company. German accounting knowledge is a big plus.

Continuously discover users and their pain points through interviews, user research, and data analysis. Define OKRs and roadmaps to solve user problems and achieve company objectives. Collaborate with Product Designers and Product-centered engineers on feature implementation and iteration. Mentor new Product Managers and take on increased responsibilities in project leadership and process implementation.
