Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementations, ideally with NetSuite
- Familiarity with core business process areas
- Familiarity with basic US GAAP accounting concepts
- Understanding of at least one industry vertical
- Basic knowledge of NetSuite configuration options
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- NetSuite certifications are an asset
Responsibilities
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering
- Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions
- Configure NetSuite features
- Migrate legacy data
- Troubleshoot issues
- Interact with client stakeholders
- Document decisions
- Support UAT and End-User Training
- Provide post-implementation support
- Learn Oracle NetSuite Leading Practices
- Pursue NetSuite certifications
- Participate in internal process improvements
- Attend company meetings and standups
- Participate in coaching/mentoring
