Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in Backend Development. Proven hands-on experience implementing AI agents workflows. Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS. Experience with Large Language Model integration (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) and prompt engineering. Experience with AI agents evaluation. Experience with AI agents workflows pipeline design and implementation. Experience with Git version control and prompt versioning management. Familiarity with cloud-based AI SDKs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok). Knowledge of RESTful API design principles. Experience with database models designs. Understanding of architectural patterns. Basic understanding of authorization and authentication within an AI agents environment. Proven track record of implementing production-grade AI systems. Strong foundation in Large Language Processing and Language Model (LLM). Strong foundation in Machine Learning Operations (LLMOps). Experience with agents evaluation and optimization tools (deepchecks, openAI Evals, Langsmith and similar). Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS). Experience with SQL querying and optimization. Experience with ETL processing and integration. Experience with RESTful API integration, management and design. Knowledge of software development best practices. Previous success in implementing and fine-tuning large language models. Previous success in building agentic centered workflow pipelines. Previous success in developing generative AI applications. Previous success in creating automated testing and validation frameworks for AI systems. Experience in documentation and knowledge sharing of AI agents systems.

Build and optimize AI agent pipelines leveraging language models and AI services. Develop agentic workflows for high-quality AI system responses. Design and implement AI agent systems for generating and validating workflows, UIs, and data schemas. Create robust evaluation frameworks for AI-generated outputs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams for AI integration. Establish best practices for AI implementation (monitoring, versioning, continuous improvement).
