Requirements:
Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a willingness to learn others. Experience leading other Software Engineers into a successful product or platform. Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage end-to-end problem-solving. Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical implementation of projects, solving complex problems. Grow, coach, and manage a team of 2-5 software engineers. Define and maintain the engineering culture. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to drive technical alignment.
