Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field 5+ years in RAIN RFID, IoT, or adjacent fields Hands-on experience in solutions commissioning, field testing, and customer-facing troubleshooting Deep understanding of RF principles: link budget, antenna performance, interference control, and optimization Skilled with relevant test equipment and validation workflows Experience with data pipelines and API/SDK integration Proficient in Python, C/C++, or JavaScript Adept at leading customer discovery, presenting solution architectures, documenting technical steps, and aligning cross-functional teams

Develop and deploy RAIN RFID solution architecture Drive structured discovery with US-based accounts Act as the technical trusted advisor during the sales cycle Provide end-to-end technical support to ecosystem partners Identify and relay customer requirements and market needs Contribute to the team’s Center of Excellence
