Requirements:
- Must be able to graduate by October 2026 or April 2027.
- Able to work 20+ hours per week for 2 or 3 months.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Enjoy change and challenge new or difficult situations.
- Demonstrated success in completing challenging projects.
- Experience using latest AI technologies and tools for projects is a plus.
- Proficient in Japanese (CEFR - C1).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop features for Mercari, MercPay, or MercCoin.
- Create specifications for features and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Understand market trends and identify opportunities through customer surveys and research.
- Drive implementation of new features and improvements.
