Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. At least 3 years focused on executive or senior-level searches. Demonstrated success in placing C-level, Heads, and Director-level talent across international markets. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (headhunting, market mapping, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and experience managing confidential searches. Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and CRM systems is preferred. Prior in-house executive search or consulting firm experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership positions. Partner with senior leadership to define talent needs and strategic search plans. Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using executive networks and headhunting. Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships with professionalism and confidentiality. Provide actionable market intelligence and leadership trend analysis. Represent the company externally with credibility. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage a pipeline of executive talent. Deliver on recruitment KPIs like time-to-fill and candidate quality. Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations into executive search strategies.
