Demonstrated success in placing C-level, Heads, and Director-level talent across international markets. Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (headhunting, market mapping, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and experience managing confidential searches. Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and CRM systems is preferred. Prior in-house executive search or consulting firm experience is an advantage.
