Requirements:
Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science (or equivalent practical experience) Proven experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) or conversational AI platforms Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping Exceptional writing and editing skills Ability to analyse data, spot patterns, and recommend improvements Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom AI integrations is a plus Familiarity with compliance frameworks is highly regarded Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and creativity
Responsibilities:
Design, write, and optimize prompts for conversational AI systems Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers Analyze transcripts and logs for improvement opportunities Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts Document prompt libraries and testing results Ensure prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context Contribute to the design of AI Receptionists, Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, and custom solutions
