Requirements:
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid understanding of Listing optimization, Seller Central tasks, and Amazon regulations
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and possessing strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities:
- Keyword & Product Research
- Manage and update product listings
- Oversee inventory, FBA shipments, and restocking requirements
- Perform backend tasks on Amazon
- Address customer inquiries and feedback
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues
- Ensure product data accuracy
- Upload and manage new products and SKUs
- Generate and examine sales reports
- Work with marketing and operations for accurate product information
