Requirements

Responsibilities
- Dial up to 80 calls daily with customers expecting communication.
- Educate home buyers and sellers on Clever’s process and value proposition.
- Discover customer needs, provide guidance, and answer service questions.
- Collect and verify key customer details for agent handoffs.
- Collaborate with internal team members for smooth handoffs.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm agent needs are met.
- Deliver a 5-star, world-class customer experience.
