Dial up to 80 calls daily with customers expecting communication. Educate home buyers and sellers on Clever’s process and value proposition. Discover customer needs, provide guidance, and answer service questions. Collect and verify key customer details for agent handoffs. Collaborate with internal team members for smooth handoffs. Follow up with existing customers to confirm agent needs are met. Deliver a 5-star, world-class customer experience.
