Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare project management.
- Experience in platform development or large system implementations.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and healthcare operations staff.
- Ability to bridge technical architecture and operational requirements.
- Experience with EHR integration, API-based health data exchange, and medical record workflows.
- Willingness to work US PST business hours (or with some overlap).
- Deep understanding of medical record workflows and interoperability standards.
- Experience with medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Background in working with release-of-information (ROI) vendors or health data aggregation companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full SDLC for the new record retrieval platform.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Oversee medical record retrieval operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and product management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and interoperability standards.
- Establish performance KPIs.
- Manage vendor relationships.
