Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant. Proven record of successful implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules, specifically payroll processing and time management. Strong understanding of global payroll laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.

Gather client requirements for HR payroll needs. Configure SAP HR Payroll systems to meet client specifications and comply with regulations.
