Developer Relations Lead

Previous Web3 Developer Relations experience Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and AI tooling (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace) Demonstrable experience building in Web3 (testnets, smart contracts, devtools, etc.) Public presence or interest in building one: Twitter, GitHub, YouTube, podcasts, etc. Comfortable hosting events, speaking at conferences, and building relationships with international community. Excellent communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex information in accessible formats.

Translate technical details into developer-facing documentation, tutorials, app prototypes, blog posts, and workshops. Create and manage developer onboarding experiences, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Engage with the Ritual community online and in person, gather feedback, and act as a liaison. Establish feedback mechanisms to collect insights and relay them to R&D and product teams. Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize essential developer tools, libraries, SDKs, and integrations.
