Demonstrated ability to take ideas and turn them into shipped products. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to form strong, well-reasoned opinions. Passion for the future of interoperability.

Own the roadmap for the protocol team. Develop and defend strong opinions on protocol strategy. Critically assess and make informed decisions on core protocol areas. Own product development from conception to launch. Work closely with key partners within the Ethereum ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering, business development, and marketing. Gather and analyze data on protocol performance. Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate shipping.
