Requirements:
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Perimenopause/Menopause, Fertility, Obesity, and other hormonally related conditions.
- Active, unrestricted, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner licensure with prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner.
- A minimum of 5 active state licenses.
- 2 active states in California, Florida, Georgia, New York, or Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide full-time patient care through consultations, including the prescription of medications when appropriate and the delivery of comprehensive medical guidance. Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.
