Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years using Flutter (or confidence to ramp up fast).
• Solid proficiency in Dart and a good grasp of Flutter’s core concepts.
• Strong debugging skills - you know how to get to the bottom of issues and aren’t afraid to dive into the unknown.
• Hands-on experience writing Flutter plugins.
• A commitment to testing - you value unit and integration tests as much as clean code.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Take ownership of unfamiliar problems, proactively research, and independently find solutions.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflows and practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
