Requirements:
2+ years experience in a marketing admin role or similar. Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM. Strong project management skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Experience in social media management and basic graphic design/editing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Keep the inbox up-to-date and organized to ensure timely responses and effective communication. Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Conduct warm and cold outbound outreach to potential leads via email and phone. Track marketing deliverables, tasks, and due dates to ensure projects stay on schedule. Coordinate with stakeholders including communication managers, designers, and other team members through clear and timely email communication. Provide general administrative assistance to support marketing operations and logistics as needed. Assist with posting and managing content across social media platforms to maintain active online presence.
