Maintain our “Approved AI Stack,” balance wow-factor with security and cost, run rapid pilots, kill bad bets fast.
Launch a searchable library of prompts, templates, and case studies—refresh it weekly.
Own a lightweight exec dashboard (hours saved, quality lifted, dollars earned) and translate dry numbers into punchy narratives.
Work with the CEO to nurture an “AI-first” mindset, build a guild of department AI champions, celebrate wins, crush FUD, and keep experimentation fun.
