• Experience in recruitment or completed courses in the recruitment field
• Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)
• Clear communication, friendliness, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized
• Curiosity and willingness to learn fast
• Interest in international hiring and remote work culture

Responsibilities:

• Review applications and pre-screen potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate soft skills
• Post and update job descriptions on job boards and social media
• Maintain a clear and organized candidate tracking in the ATS
• Support the hiring process from first contact to offer
• Communicate with candidates and answer their questions
