• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Present qualified candidates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
