Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ in senior leadership roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to scale B2B SaaS products from a Series C stage and beyond.
  • Experience with procurement, finance, and/or spend management products with integrations into ERPs (think Office of the CFO).
  • Familiarity with multi-threaded revenue streams, combining subscription and integrated transactional revenue.
  • A track record of success leading and scaling multi-disciplinary product teams (PM, Design, Product Ops).
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for data-informed decision making.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development and customer-centric design principles.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—bringing structure where needed.
  • Communication and systems thinking—adept at working across layers of context for both executives and individual contributors.
  • Experience embedding AI into workflow automation, insight generation, or intelligent product features.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a product vision that bridges our spend management platform, payments, and AI capabilities.
  • Translate company strategy into a clear product roadmap that prioritizes business impact and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and scale the Product Management and Design teams.
  • Grow transactional revenue through targeted product innovation and increased customer adoption, while ensuring sustained performance of subscription revenue.
  • Shape effective collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success—ensuring coordinated execution and feedback loops.
  • Drive the evolution of our AI product strategy—identifying where automation and intelligence add real value.
  • Champion product rigor, from discovery to delivery—ensuring speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Set clear product & adoption success metrics, and regularly communicate results and learnings across the company.
  • Hire and develop future product leaders—shaping a culture of ownership, curiosity, and impact.
