Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering with a major focus on Technology, such as Electronic, Biomedical, Mechatronics, and related Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in electronic engineering, mechanical repair, biomedicine, or service of electronic equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on resolving cases in diagnostic imaging equipment, as well as being in charge of performing the installation, maintenance, and addressing the necessary repair needs in all designated equipment.
  • Efficiently execute preventive, corrective, installation, and functional management maintenance visits in general.
  • Keep up to date and effectively manage administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining customer service records and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Learn to communicate effectively with customers to ensure proper resolution and follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure that they remain properly calibrated.
  • Learn to use the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and perform root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
  • Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
  • Have the ability to respond to service calls independently without assistance for cases of average complexity after one year of field experience.
