- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, web, and event-related work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma and Canva.
- Experience designing for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and branded merchandise.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage work independently within a project management platform (like Asana).
- Excellent communication and time management skills, especially in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Design compelling visual content for marketing initiatives, including brochures, ads (digital and print), social media graphics, pitch decks, booth designs, and swag.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative campaigns and translate them into visually cohesive assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to print materials.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects through a project management tool (Asana).
- Develop reusable templates for social and sales teams to streamline content production.
- Stay current with design trends and apply innovative techniques to evolve the brand’s visual identity.
- Support marketing events by designing assets for field marketing and tradeshow booths.
