Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally including React and C#/.NET
• A solid foundation in cloud infrastructure, secure systems, and scalable architectures
• Experience solving cross-cutting technical challenges and improving system design

Responsibilities:

• Design and build end-to-end product features across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions that support growth, maintainability, and long-term quality
• Collaborate with product management and design to align technical work with user needs
• Promote reliable and sustainable engineering practices including testing, security, and observability
• Support shared platforms and services through coordination and knowledge sharing
• Provide thoughtful feedback, mentorship, and peer learning opportunities
