Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Travel and Expenses operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support travel and expense planning for company events and departmental offsites as needed.
  • Manage travel and expense reporting systems. Review, approve and process expense reports for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Review new user setups and maintain/update user accounts, including assignment and review of virtual card and spend programs.
