Requirements:

• 6 - 8 years' experience in Software Development
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Previous experience as Technical Lead
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a matrix organization
• 2 - 4 years' experience in a healthcare setting
• 3 - 5 years' experience with Agile Development Methodology (leading scrum teams, PI planning)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
• Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
• Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
• Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project
• Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects
