Cloud Systems Specialist (AWS)

2-3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudTrail, AWS Config). Strong background in cloud security, access management, and implementing MFA/2FA solutions. Any AWS Cloud certification (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Security - Specialty, or Solutions Architect preferred). Experience managing GitHub repositories, access controls, and workflow automation. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting (Python, Bash). Understanding of cloud cost optimization, budgeting, and FinOps principles. Knowledge of security frameworks, audit procedures, and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Manage, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability, security, and scalability. Administer GitHub repositories, including access management, workflow automation, and security controls. Implement, monitor, and enforce MFA/2FA and other security best practices. Conduct regular security and compliance audits of cloud workloads and access controls. Monitor and optimize cloud spending using FinOps principles. Automate routine tasks and system monitoring using IaC and CI/CD pipelines. Respond to and remediate security incidents and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and IT teams. Document processes, configurations, and audit findings.
