  • Oversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure process quality assurance
  • Manage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Ensure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality metrics
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients concerning roadmaps, release schedules, delivery issues, delays, and budget concerns
  • Supervise business analysis and design functions, ensuring measurable effectiveness
  • Take full ownership of the Service Desk function: Improve client satisfaction, Reduce bug resolution time, Enhance issue response quality, Implement efficient root cause analysis and resolution processes
  • Oversee internal SaaS/white-label product development with full responsibility for quality and budget control
  • Lead resource management and capacity planning across all IT functions
  • Ensure effective onboarding, performance tracking, and upskilling across engineering and delivery teams
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project management talent: hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and replacement
