- Minimum 3+ years as a Senior Project Manager (mandatory)
- At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Lead Delivery or Program Manager
- A combined 5+ years in leadership roles such as Head of PMO, Head of Project Management, or Head of Delivery (all mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years in product companies focused on SaaS or white-label software solutions (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of enterprise platforms within FinTech and banking domains (mandatory); experience in iGaming and eCommerce is considered a plus
- Minimum 5 years in outsourcing environments within the same technical and business domains
- Hands-on experience with mobile applications, especially those related to financial services (mandatory)
- Oversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure process quality assurance
- Manage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance
- Ensure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality metrics
- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients concerning roadmaps, release schedules, delivery issues, delays, and budget concerns
- Supervise business analysis and design functions, ensuring measurable effectiveness
- Take full ownership of the Service Desk function: Improve client satisfaction, Reduce bug resolution time, Enhance issue response quality, Implement efficient root cause analysis and resolution processes
- Oversee internal SaaS/white-label product development with full responsibility for quality and budget control
- Lead resource management and capacity planning across all IT functions
- Ensure effective onboarding, performance tracking, and upskilling across engineering and delivery teams
- Manage the full lifecycle of project management talent: hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and replacement
- Drive cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery across all functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure development team composition aligns with skill and seniority requirements
- Promote a performance-based, results-driven culture across all delivery units
- Partner with security leadership to ensure compliance with standards without disrupting delivery timelines
- Manage and support the Head of QA, ensuring a high standard of test coverage, speed, and efficiency
