Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and Dynamo/Twinmotion.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, model integration, and basic clash detection.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain 3D models in Revit for architecture, MEP, and structural systems.
• Support design development and ensure accurate, clash-free model coordination.
• Assist in producing construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs.
• Help with visualization—renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep designs moving forward.
• Contribute to construction sequencing, Revit family creation, and BIM automation (Dynamo).
• Support compliance with building standards and assist in preparing regulatory submissions.
