  • Build end-to-end processes, tools, and governance models.
  • Establish real-time visibility into talent pipelines.
  • Define and monitor core performance metrics.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-impact Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and platforms.
