Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of paid search experience with strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with SA360 and Performance Max is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns using budget pacing, bidding strategies (including target ROAS), and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel for builds, uploads, and quality assurance of campaign deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable collaborating within a horizontal team structure and engaging with clients as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining an advanced understanding of paid search platforms, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including how they integrate within the broader marketing funnel.
  • Managing the performance of assigned client portfolios to meet or exceed client KPIs, ensuring strong stewardship of client budgets.
  • Making in-platform optimizations, managing budget pacing and bidding strategies, and identifying actionable insights that connect campaign data to broader business goals.
  • Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives that will have the greatest impact on account performance.
  • Ensuring all account management efforts go through a QA process and are executed/delivered error-free.
  • Effectively leading client calls, speaking to completed projects, performance, and planned initiatives/long-term optimization strategy.
  • Owning the relationship between DEPT® and dedicated platform reps (i.e. Google, Microsoft, etc.). Working with reps to identify and vet new opportunities while maintaining platform best practices.
