Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
• 2–3 years of customer support experience
• 1+ year in inbound contact center roles
• 1–2 years in sales or telesales roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Technically savvy with experience using multiple platforms
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with a door
• High-speed internet: ≥150 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload
• Typing speed: 50–70 WPM preferred

Responsibilities:

• Convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Engage with patients across phone, email, and chat
• Educate patients on services, insurance, and payment options
• Provide local-style support (directions, clinic/provider info)
• Collaborate with clinics and internal teams for service improvements
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to data capture protocols
• Meet or exceed KPIs: call handle time, satisfaction scores, conversion rates
