Requirements:
  • 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally within the agriculture or food sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience with a track record of scaling or coaching high-performing sales teams.
  • Full professional fluency in English and the local language.
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the local Marketplace Sales team to exceed supplier acquisition and activation targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of agri-food suppliers (growers, processors, manufacturers, and distributors).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from prospecting to onboarding and engagement.
  • Identify localized growth opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Develop and present regular sales reports, insights, and forecasts to regional and HQ stakeholders.
  • Act as the regional voice of the customer, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Tridge HQ (Seoul) and cross-functional teams globally.
