Marketing Proposal Specialist

BA/BS + 4 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and support proposal activity or equivalent Developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance, and writing and production Experience producing submittals in response to RFQ/RFP documents Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Excellent writing skills, with an aptitude and attention to detail Ability to produce accurate, compliant and compelling work independently and with others Organizational, writing/researching/editing, and time management skills Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail Ability to operate within a team setting

Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals Support from capture through to interview stage Coordinate/complete content and information for qualifications and proposals Provide conceptual leadership for document design Serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections Facilitate color reviews and implement revisions Participate in go/no-go and green light analyses Complete internal debriefs and review client feedback Apply knowledge of company quality procedures and approval processes Liaise with business line, operations, technical, and business development professionals Provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members Perform self-checks of work Support special projects
