BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros + VRay, and AutoCad. Experience with SD/DD/CD/CA/Inspections. Experience with Waterproofing, Exterior Wall, and Roofing.
Responsibilities:
Provides specialized technical input to studies and design. Develops study and design procedures. Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts. Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings. Prepares technical specification sections. Communicates and collaborates with full design team and client.
