Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related B2B sales role (or 3+ years without a degree).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different industries.
• Proven success managing a sales pipeline and qualifying leads effectively.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively research and reach out to event organizers, venues, and promoters via calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, event types, and growth potential.
• Use a consultative approach to understand industry challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and manage leads in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Consistently meet outreach and lead qualification KPIs while sharing market feedback with the team.
