Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, support or sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with interested families to provide an enrollment experience.
• Serve as an expert guide to create a best first impression.
• Manage the pipeline of interested families for a portfolio of centers.
• Exceed quarterly and annual enrollment goals.
• Provide parents with clear information about Bright Horizons.
• Keep interested families engaged by providing resources and information.
• Advocate for solutions needed to unblock enrollment potential.
• Provide added touch points and support to families.
• Partner and coordinate closely with Enrollment Support Specialists.
• Develop strong, respectful partnerships with operators.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding enrollment.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Bright Horizons Enrollment Management System.
