Requirements:
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely. Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with video direction or production Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones. Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work, free of background noise and distractions. Comfortable using digital communication tools to collaborate with teams and customers. Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software. Flexible working hours
Responsibilities:
Remotely direct Public Sector meetings as scheduled. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of meetings. Ensure that video meets Granicus standards and delivers high-quality work to customers. Work under tight deadlines to meet customer compliance laws while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of captions. Responsible for reporting on trends and KPIs to leadership.
