  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to U.S. time zones (PST preferred)
  • Able to exercise discretion, autonomy, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and events across multiple time zones
  • Maintain and update data in platforms like Affinity, Airtable, and Harmonic
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, ChatGPT, company websites, and Harmonic to collect detailed insights on individuals and organizations
  • Leverage systems like Work Smart and AI-powered tools to automate recurring tasks and streamline workflows
  • Draft, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with professional tone and accuracy
  • Compile strategic meeting briefs and background materials
  • Document outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain structured, accessible digital files, notes, and operational documentation
