Requirements:
  • Experience as a UAM on projects with over $1M monthly ad spend.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to form hypotheses and draw data-driven conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve results constructively.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • A marketing mindset and an understanding of user psychology (what captures attention and drives desired actions).

  • Experience in web-based user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop the paid user acquisition direction via Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.), lead this area at Promova, and be a visionary for changes and improvements.
  • Manage the priorities of the User Acquisition Managers (UAMs) team, coordinate their work, and synchronize efforts with other departments (creative, product marketing, development, design, etc.).
  • Lead goal-setting for the UAM team, which is one of the core components of business-level planning.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage the performance of the User Acquisition Managers team.
  • Automate team operations using in-house and third-party tools.
  • Organize the testing process for various creatives, geos, settings, and campaign types, moving them from testing to scaling stages.
  • Analyze and track the performance of advertising campaigns, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with client support teams at advertising platforms.
