Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a full-cycle AE role.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you should have a natural ability to captivate and engage prospects.
  • Process-driven mindset with experience using sales automation and CRM tools to manage large pipelines effectively.
  • Sharp market intuition—you should quickly grasp our customers’ needs and have non-generic insights into our market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Previous Experience in the integration/API space (bonus)
  • Previous Experience in a seed/series A startup
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
  • Own your own sales process end-to-end, from outreach and qualification to closing deals.
  • Complement and expand our existing Sales Machine (Founding AE, Ryan) and Outreach Machine (Founding BDR, Nazar) processes in terms of new pipeline generation, acting on existing outreach campaigns and expanding.
  • Source and generate new leads in addition to managing inbound interest.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with prospects, ensuring clear, compelling conversations that drive urgency and interest.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, leveraging sales tools, CRM and processes to stay on top of every opportunity.
  • Contribute strategic insights on our market, customers, and competitive landscape. We want to learn from you.
  • Refine and optimize sales processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to refine messaging and positioning based on market feedback from demos & PoCs
