Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a technology company
• Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English

Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer Entitlements: Accurately provision and manage customer access to Webflow, ensuring timely delivery of entitlements and addressing any discrepancies.
• Account Administration: Handle account setup, updates, and deprovisioning processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, RevOps, Customer Support and Engineering to streamline provisioning workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance provisioning processes, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Billing and Collections Support: Partner with the Billing and Collections teams to support customer billing and collection efforts, ensuring seamless integration of provisioning and billing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
