Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS.
A clear, concise, and compelling communicator - both internally and externally.
A strategic thinker. You’re able to see the big picture, weigh trade-offs, and think critically about themes and patterns you encounter.
A do-er. We’re a small team and we all genuinely enjoys being in the weeds.
Skilled at creating cross-functional bonds and quickly building trust across an organization. Our Product Marketing team collaborates with Product, Design and Engineering…but also Sales, Success, and Support.
Empathetic to customer needs. You know how to listen, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into messaging that resonates.
Adaptable and resilient. The broader tech landscape is changing rapidly right now and so is our team. While that’s exciting, it also means we need teammates who are eager to do great work in the midst of change.
Responsibilities:
Partner with our Product Management team to align our marketing strategy with our roadmap - ensuring clear and cohesive messaging and position. You’ll work closely with 1-2 of our Product Pods to deeply understand their problem areas, roadmaps, and how their work connects to customer needs and market opportunities.
Define GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audiences, differentiating Close in a (pretty saturated) competitive landscape.
Execute! From launch plans and email copy to product pages, sales enablement, in-app announcements, and everything in between.
Bring best practices and your unique point of view—you’ll shape how Close shows up in the market and how our customers understand what we’re building and why.
