Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in working in a payroll system such as ADP
  • Working knowledge of federal and California and National employment law
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft products
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR functions, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations and investigations, engagement, leaves of absences, and training & development
  • Oversee and maintain employee personnel files and records, assist with employee changes, performance reviews, etc.
  • Support People-related projects, including process improvements, compliance audits, and implementation of new tools or systems
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes with a high degree of empathy and care
  • Onboard InMarketeers via Cleary & ADP as the first point of contact, providing them a welcoming employee experience while assisting in immersing them into our culture
  • Partner with department leads and team managers on overarching employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in developing and implementing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Promote HR programs and initiatives to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Embody InMarket’s company values and actively support InMarket’s Culture Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Committee
  • Facilitate and manage employee performance improvement plans
  • Develop and maintain custom reports to support People metrics and company-wide reporting needs
  • Assist in the full immigration processes for OPT, H-1B, and green card sponsored employees and candidates
