Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume sales (e.g., phone/internet plans, utilities, B2C services).
  • A track record of exceeding quota and recognition for top performance (President’s Club, Top Rep, etc.).
  • Resilience and confidence, comfortable with rejection, and fast iteration.
  • Ability to thrive with minimal structure and a high ceiling.
  • Strong phone presence, quick thinker, great listener.
  • Familiarity with multiple CRMs or calling platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Make 300+ outbound calls daily using a power dialer to tenants in buildings where our client holds an internet service contract.
  • Convert current users of a major internet provider to register under our client’s billing system (they’re already paying, but to the wrong party).
  • Upsell residents who use competing ISPs to switch to our client’s service.
  • Log activity and feedback to continuously refine pitches and objections.
  • Serve as the energetic, relentless frontline closer, owning your pipeline and performance.
