Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing field
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts for creators, podcasts, or personal brands.
  • Portfolio of previous brands managed
  • Experience managing small teams, including social media managers, editors, and designers.
  • Strong understanding of platform-native content (especially IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn).
  • Confident in pitching content ideas and leading client strategy calls.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and workflows simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow the social presence of creators, podcasts, and personal brands, with a focus on platform-native content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Lead client strategy sessions, pitch creative content ideas, and ensure marketing plans align with brand goals and voice.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of content creators, including social media managers, editors, and designers, ensuring high-quality output and creative consistency.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining clear communication, timelines, and deliverables across all projects.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns and content calendars with a strong attention to detail β€” nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
  • Coordinate paid media efforts where applicable, leveraging performance data to drive ROI (preferred).
  • Bring a deep understanding or passion for combat sports, with the ability to ideate and execute content strategies that resonate with niche audiences (preferred).
  • Maintain and showcase a portfolio of previous brand accounts or content campaigns that highlight your ability to grow and manage digital presence.
