Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships, preferably in life sciences or clinical technology.
• Proven success selling to pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clients.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong analytical thinking and time management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts by targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers in clinical development, operations, and outsourcing.
• Manage a portfolio of large named accounts, identifying upsell opportunities and expanding adoption of the platform.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility.
