Requirements:
  • 10+ years of consulting experience in your vertical (deep in-house industry experience will be considered in lieu of consulting).
  • Proven success owning and growing a $10M–$15M+ portfolio.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Restaurant & Food Services with the ability to engage in meaningful business and technology discussions—not just sell services.
  • A track record of building and sustaining executive relationships across client organizations.
  • Credibility built on tenure and success—you've had at least one long, high-impact role and can speak to measurable results.
  • Experience navigating matrixed environments and influencing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the overall leader for a portfolio of key accounts within your vertical, developing and executing growth plans that align with client goals and phData’s capabilities.
  • Deliver $10M–$15M+ in annual bookings with a focus on long-term value and account expansion.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor status with CxOs and senior business leaders; lead strategic discussions across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction across all engagements; collaborate with delivery, operations, and finance on performance metrics.
  • Represent phData at industry events, conferences, and panels, helping grow our presence and reputation within your vertical.
  • Identify co-sell opportunities with key alliance partners to deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, and Go-to-Market teams to review metrics, implement strategic business plans, and expand partnerships.
