- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, wo rkflow automations)
- Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
