• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze blueprints, architectural plans, and specifications to determine scope and pricing.
• Utilize Bluebeam for digital takeoffs, measurements, and markups.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of formal bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure scope accuracy and alignment with on-site execution.
• Track and update historical pricing data and cost databases.
• Assist in value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
